Why do I need to update my marketing and communication preferences with Orchard?
Over the next few months, you will be asked to update your marketing and communication with Orchard, and lots of other businesses. This is because the law around data privacy is changing in May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets out to protect your data privacy.
What does this mean for you?
Once GDPR comes into effect, many companies will need your explicit consent to send you marketing and communications (e.g. about new solutions and services, research papers and white papers, events, complementary 3rd party partner solutions and special offers). In preparation for this, we would like you to update your marketing and communication preferences to let us know which of these communications you would like to hear about and how you would like to receive them.

You will see a banner on our emails over the next few weeks asking you to confirm your marketing and communication preferences. All you need to do is click this banner (or this link).
