The rental balances for all properties and garages associated with a customer can be viewed within Digital Self-Service. This includes a full history of payments.
Tenants can use their app to make rent payments via PayPoint, allpay and more. This let’s them make payments when they want instead of being tied to calling up or visiting during office hours and it means you save customer service resources.
We’ve also made it easy for customers to set up regular payments via the self service app by including the ability to set up Direct Debits with only a few clicks.
