East Surrey based Tandridge District Council has chosen to invest in Orchard’s core business solutions to help them transform the way they work, with the key objectives of improving customer service and increasing efficiency.

Following a number of new customer wins, we are delighted to welcome Tandridge District Council as a customer. The Council is based in East Surrey and has a housing stock of almost 3000 social properties to rent as well as 650 leasehold properties and 850 garages. A driving force behind their decision to invest in Orchard was the capability of the operating system to enable both staff and customers to access the information they need quickly and easily. This will enable Tandridge to provide a better service to its customers and staff. To help with this, Tandridge is particularly keen to take advantage of the efficiencies that Orchard’s Digital self-service and workflow capability provides.
