We’re delighted to announce that our 2015 Customer Conference will take place on the 3rd and 4th of November, at the prestigious Midland Hotel in Manchester.
This two day event is extremely popular with our Customers and provides an excellent opportunity to hear about our business and product strategies, alongside a focus on how we are helping Housing Businesses to manage and overcome the challenges and issues that they face. The event also provides an excellent opportunity to network with fellow customers, Orchard staff and representatives from our business partners.
Our Sales and Marketing Director John Doughty commented “The Customer Conference is an important event for us and complements a number of other events that our independent user group runs each year. The number of delegates attending the Conference has continually increased over the past 8 years and we had over 330 delegates on both days last year. Aside being a fantastic venue for our conference, the Midland offers us greater capacity to support the growth in delegate numbers. The City of Manchester is also well connected by public transport and offers countless options for hotel accommodation.”
The 35 conference sessions cover a broad range of topics and are delivered by a mixture of customer, Orchard and specialist industry speakers. These sessions are provided free of charge for up to 3 delegates per customer organisation and the majority of customers take up these places.
