We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting our one-day Customer Conference on Tuesday 21st November 2017 at the National Conference Centre, which is located on the outskirts of Birmingham, near the NEC and Birmingham Airport.

During the conference, you will be able to hear about our business and product strategies, and how we can help you manage the challenges and issues that the sector faces. We will be presenting some important updates across our Housing and Digital, Finance, and Asset Management streams. These will include updates on key developments, including significant advances since our last updates at the User Group meetings earlier this year. These will include the vision for the future of Orchard Housing, updates on all things digital, key projects in relation to GDPR and predictive analytics, and update on the product strategies and roadmaps for Finance and Asset Management.
We strongly recommend that every customer organisation is represented at the Conference to make sure these key updates are shared with your organisation. Each customer is invited to send 2 delegates free of charge. Additional attendees (up to a maximum of 2) can attend at the cost of £50 + VAT per person.
As well as the conference sessions, the event is a great opportunity to catch up and network with other customers and key members of the Orchard team (including members of our executive and product management teams).
Informal evening buffet and Charity quiz (Monday 20th November)
On the night before the conference (evening of Monday 20th November), we will also be hosting an informal evening buffet and charity quiz. Places are chargeable at £24.95 + VAT per attendee.
