Orchard acquires InterNETalia Ltd and its flagship solution AccuServ to provide the best end-to-end Repairs and Maintenance solutions for Housing Organisations and private contractors

Orchard Information Systems Ltd, headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, announced today that it has acquired market leading repair and maintenance software company InterNETalia Ltd, expanding its reach in the social housing and contractors markets.

Orchard AccuServ Repairs & Maintenance offers a single solution for recording, scheduling and managing repairs, emergency and planned work, voids and compliance jobs. It makes job and sub-contractor management easy from raising the work through to completion.

It has been designed from the ground up to provide a complete end-to-end repair and maintenance solution, including a full suite of mobile capability, stock control and EDI integration. With repair workflows, responsive repairs, voids, sub-contractor management and more, it gives all the tools needed to ensure repairs are dealt with in the most efficient way.

Traditionally, organising work schedules for Direct Labour Organisations (DLOs) and contractors has been a very time consuming process. With our ability to handle complex jobs and automated scheduling, organisations no longer need to spend time planning out the day or week ahead and it offers the flexibility they need to respond to escalations and emergency work.
