Today we are the largest independent provider of complete end to end business solutions to the housing sector, helping them to manage all aspects of their businesses. Our solutions portfolio delivers value in supporting core business functions like Housing Management, Finance and Asset Management, as well as supporting commercial activities and providing a range of solutions to help manage the overall efficiency, effectiveness and cost of IT provision.

Our independence enables us to maintain a strong business ethic of measuring success through customer satisfaction and retention, whilst continuing to use profits to make significant additional investments in our solutions portfolio.

How we work

As Housing businesses evolve, the technology supporting their business needs will inevitably change. Our solutions portfolio has been carefully developed to offer as much flexibility as possible and to put our customers in control. In the event of a change in circumstances, we work closely with customers to find the best possible fit for their requirements and aspirations, at any given time.

Our customers know that they can rely on us to deliver effective solutions right first time every time. They work with us knowing that they will benefit from market leading and best of breed solution backed by exceptional support; supplemented by our constant desire to improve and enhance our service.

All our solutions are designed and developed from the outset in partnership with Housing businesses, to ensure that all our customers can achieve measurable and demonstrable value from them.

We assign Account Managers to each of our customers. Your own Account Manager will work with you to gain an understanding of your strategic requirements and business needs. They will also maintain regular contact to keep you updated with our strategy and roadmap and address any issues or concerns you may have – all with the aim of building a mutually rewarding working and long term relationship that adds value and that maximises your investment. We also assign a Director and/or Senior Manager to every customer, tasked with keeping in touch with their Senior Management counterparts to discuss the overall strategies of our two businesses and acting as an ultimate escalation contact within Orchard.

We help over 170 housing business deliver high quality services to their customers, improving their lives and the communities in which they live.

Our customers represent a broad spectrum of registered housing providers, including some of the largest housing businesses in the UK. We also have a balance of Housing Associations and Local Authority customers and our solutions are carefully designed to cope with the differences between these two types of organisation as well as group structures.

We work with a number of established business partners to deliver best of breed solutions.
