Orchard appoints new Customer Relationship Manager


Orchard has appointed John Wallace to head up its Account Management team, as Customer Relationship Manager.  The Account Management function within Orchard provides a key role in ensuring that we maintain successful working relationships with all our customers.

John brings a wealth of customer focused skills and experience to the table having worked directly in housing organisations for over 30 years. John also has experience of mergers and group structures alongside in depth experience of procuring and implementing systems to support business needs.

John has previously been Vice Chair of Surrey Community Development Trust with lead responsibility on behalf of the Board for audit and ICT, and has chaired various groups including the Southern IT Manager’s forum.
