The Group currently manages about 18,000 homes, and have significant development plans to expand.

Partnership Drives Solutions Forward
After beginning as Eastleigh Housing Association in 1996, Atlantic
Housing Group was established in March 1999 and consists of
four organisations, Eastleigh Housing Association, Fernhill Care
Limited and Wessex Property Limited.
Atlantic is a Registered Social Landlord, and an Industrial and
Provident Society with charitable status, providing housing, care
and support to vulnerable people in Southern England.
