Orchard's AMS is the market leading asbestos management software which enables organisations to gain control of their asbestos management compliance processes. This solution meets the key requirements under the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAWR 2002) and the standards set out in the Methods for the Determination of Hazardous Substances standards (MDHS100).

Enterprise Manager

This is the core module of AMS. This user friendly and highly configurable solution is designed to help manage asbestos data, no matter how simple or complex the property. AMS fully supports the recording and storage of all asbestos survey results for all survey types including visual, sampled and referred.

WebTracker

This revolutionary internet based application makes it possible to access asbestos information from remote locations on any device using a standard web browser.

WebTracker is the ideal solution for information provision to site managers, contractors and any other authorised individual(s) who need remote, real time access to the data.

Within AMS Manager, a wide range of graphical objects can be linked to a property or elements within the property. Multi layered CAD drawings, digital photos, scanned images, and floor plans can all be captured.

Data Collector

Handheld PCs can be used to collect survey data thereby maximising the efficiency of surveys and eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

Customised survey proformas are exported to the handheld device. With minimal software training surveyors can then enter details into the survey proforma. Once completed the central database is updated through either a networked PC or an intranet / internet connection.

The facility to view historical survey data, makes it an ideal solution for re-inspections

Data Exchange Utility

If handheld devices are not used, the AMS Data Exchange Utility overcomes this by creating customised survey proformas in Microsoft Excel that can then be used to update records remotely. The data entry forms contain your fields, drop-downs and property information enabling quick and efficient bulk data entry. These forms can be distributed by email to several recipients, once returned they are used to update the central database.

ReportGen

A powerful reporting tool enabling you to create, modify, view, and run bespoke reports in Microsoft Word, giving total control over the data and format of all your reports.

AMS ReportGen is an innovative application with an extensive range of features. A wizard based interface assists in producing unique and comprehensive reports easily and efficiently. It combines the power of database querying with the ability to publish reports in different formats. Report templates can be saved and enhanced at any time.
