A completely browser-based solution, developed using Microsoft Silverlight, Keystone provides modules covering asset management, contract management, asbestos register, servicing and inspections and component accounting, and includes a fully integrated mobile solution covering handheld data collection for each module. The system has developed rapidly from being a new entrant to the market in 2002, to now supporting over 100 social housing providers in meeting their asset management needs, with over 1.2 million assets under management and according to Housemark’s 2011 survey, Keystone is now officially recognised as the market leader in the sector.
